How long is the free trial and what happens after?
Our 14-day free trial gives you full access to podsens.ink's features—no credit card required. You can connect up to 3 data sources (like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Salesforce), build unlimited dashboards, and test all analytics capabilities. We'll send you a reminder email 2 days before your trial ends. If you decide podsens.ink isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial period ends and you won't be charged. If you continue, your subscription automatically starts at the end of the trial period.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
When you cancel your podsens.ink subscription, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate your account. After 30 days, all your data—including dashboards, reports, and connected data sources—is permanently deleted from our servers. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, and you can export your data at any time before cancellation. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Can I switch or upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely—you can upgrade or downgrade your podsens.ink plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, we prorate the cost difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade from Starter ($99/month) to Professional ($299/month) halfway through the month, you'll pay approximately $100 (half of the $200 difference). When downgrading, you'll receive a prorated credit that applies to your next billing cycle. Plan changes take effect immediately, so you can start using new features (or adjust to plan limits) right away.

podsens.ink integrates with over 50 popular data sources, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and many others. We also support custom API connections if you have proprietary data sources. Once connected, our platform automatically syncs your data (typically every hour, or in real-time for Enterprise plans), processes it through our analytics engine, and presents it in customizable dashboards. You can track conversion funnels, calculate cohort retention rates, measure marketing ROI, and build custom reports. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on SOC 2 Type II certified servers located in the Netherlands, and never shared with third parties.
